The User agrees therefore that they will make available certain information about their business in exchange for access to The Lead Generator's database. Consequently, no information provided by the User, with the exception of their personal contact information posted at Registration and credit card information, shall be expected to be kept private on The Lead Generator, nor can be expected to be unpublished by The Lead Generator. Registering for The Lead Generator is an acknowledgement that the user understands that this information will not be kept private. This includes, but is not limited to, your company's Company Description, Products & Services, Needs, Leads, Ads and promotional material, Messages you post and receive, Email addresses that you upload, your Business Card, your Forum postings, Flags and Ratings, your usage history and logs, customer service requests and other postings. In addition, Member asserts that Member has an ongoing business relationship with individuals and businesses in Member's uploaded Address Book and Organization Chart, consequently Member expressly authorizes JV/M as Member's representative to promote and market the Lead Generator to Member's uploaded Address Book, Organization Chart and other contacts, either by referral or anonymously at the Member's direction, using email or other methods.

      Notwithstanding the above, we will not disclose personally identifiable information we collect from you to third parties without your permission except to the extent necessary including:

      • To fulfill your service requests for services.
      • To protect ourselves from liability,
      • To respond to legal process or comply with law, or

   The Lead Generator's Web pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons - sometimes also called single-pixel gifs - that allow JV/M to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services. JV/M may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.

   Some of these Web beacons may be placed by third party service providers to help determine the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns or email communications.
