If you forget your UserID and password, you can use the link ('Forgot Password?'), located on each login page and enter the information exactly as it is in the data base, click on Submit, and try to get an automated response.

If that doesn't work, email customer support to have your UserID and Password emailed back to you. Be sure to include your last name in the email.
